FinTech Management Services (FTMS) markets the following applications:
Purple WiFi Customer Marketing and Analytics System
Purple WiFi is customer marketing and analytics “firmware” which is flashed on to a venue’s existing WiFi router.
When visitors to the venue sign on to the “free” WiFi, instead of requesting a password, they can do so via a short form or via their social media account, e.g. Facebook. They only need to do this once. On return they are automatically logged on.
The visitor data collected (as an absolute minimum: email address and name and also MAC address) is then stored in the venue’s own Portal in the cloud and can be used for targeted marketing, e.g. notification of events and promotions, automated birthday greetings and loyalty awards, etc.. Customers may also be asked to ‘like’ on Facebook, or leave a review on TripAdvisor. There is also the facility for ‘micro-surveys’ of customers’ opinions.
Purple WiFi is secure and legally compliant with International and Thailand data collection and retention laws. It meets virtually all of the requirements in the recent announcement from the Thai government that venues offering WiFi must collect customers’ data.

Royaltie Proximity Marketing
Digital marketing for small businesses is hard. The Royaltie Proximity Marketing suite of apps makes it simple… and easily affordable!
Now, from one account dashboard, you can create highly targeted online advertising that is shown only to the customers you want, in the area you want, on more than 1 million websites and mobile apps.
Royaltie ads lead potential customers to a built-in website where you can collect their contact information and, right from the app, personally email them to drive business.
Alternately called “proximity”, “geofencing” or “hyperlocal” marketing, Royaltie’s service targets customers using the GPS built into their smartphones, tablets and computers. You simply place a virtual “pin” on any location in the world and set a radius of 1-800 kilometers. Only those within that zone will see your ad. You additionally can focus your targeting closely by selecting their age, gender, language and interests.
To see the ad, the potential customer must:
- Meet the targeting requirements you set.
- Be online at the time they are within your set targeting area, either using a mobile application or a web browser.
- Be a user of one of the major social media networks or Google.
You will see how many times your ad was shown and opened. And if the viewer came to your website “landing page” via Facebook or one of the social media networks, their user information will be stored automatically. A contact form on your landing page can help you collect more contact information.
But Royaltie’s real power and value comes from what you can do with that data. The Royaltie suite contains tools that, purchased separately, could cost you up to $700 a month:
- Up to 50,000 advertising “impressions” a month on a million websites and mobile apps.
- Robust Customer Relationship Management (CRM) database with an unlimited number of entries.
- Direct-email marketing tool that allows an unlimited number of addresses and emails.
- Drag and drop website and landing page creator.
- Library of professional photos, images and templates
- A “content marketing” tool that allows you to post professionally produced articles and photos to your Facebook page and social media channels that, when clicked, take users back to your website landing page.

Royaltie has everything you need to market online inexpensively.

Google My Business
In today’s world, where everyone is fixated on social media platforms, one of the two most important marketing tools for all types of businesses – including pubs, restaurants, hotels and other hospitality venues – is not Facebook or Instagram. It’s Google’s My Business.
When potential customers are looking for a place to go – right now or tomorrow – the first place they check is not Facebook. It’s Google Maps and Search. Even the smallest Bangkok venue generates, on average, 30,000 search hits a month between Google Maps and Search.
If you’re not maximizing your presence on Google, you’re missing out on new customers and essentially giving them to your competitors who are.
Trip Advisor
In today’s world, where everyone is fixated on social media platforms, the most important marketing tool for tourist-centric pubs, restaurants, hotels and other hospitality venues is not Facebook or Instagram. It’s TripAdvisor.
When potential guests are looking for a place to eat or stay or play – right now or next week – the first place they check is not Facebook. It’s TripAdvisor. More than 18 million people a day search TripAdvisor for hotels and restaurants and other hospitality venues in Thailand.
If you’re not maximizing your presence on TripAdvisor, you’re missing out on new customers and essentially giving them to your competitors who are.
We at FinTech are experts at optimizing this key digital platform, adding all the data your venue needs for it to be found and the features needed to maximize your SEO. Best of all, once setup is complete, maintenance of your listing is well affordable… less than half the cost of maintaining social media.
